We collect information you provide directly - such as your name, email address, company details, uploaded resumes and job descriptions - as well as usage data like app interactions, device information and log data required to operate and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to provide AI resume analysis, conduct AI interviews, generate hiring reports, provide customer support, and improve our AI models' accuracy. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Candidate Data
Resumes, interview transcripts and reports are processed solely to deliver recruitment insights to the recruiter who uploaded them. Candidate data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and recruiters can delete candidate data at any time from their dashboard.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest). Access is restricted through role-based controls and audited regularly.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Candidate data is retained according to your plan settings and is permanently deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
6. Third-Party Services
We use trusted infrastructure and AI processing providers under strict data-processing agreements. These providers process data only on our instructions and never for their own purposes.
7. Your Rights
